My calling is to be with people as they experience the journey that is life; whether as a pastor, a spiritual director, a chaplain, or a life coach. We are all connected, and we do not need to journey alone.

I’m happy to apply the experience and skills I’ve obtained in my career in order to manage projects through creative problem solving and innovative thinking. Second Life is the oldest and largest of the virtual worlds. First United Church of Christ Second Life is the first and only fully authorized mainline Christian church that exists only in digital space. I serve as an associate minister for this congregation of over 200, with at least 10 worship services per week.
Fire Chaplain, Rio Arriba County
January 2017 - Present
I am a member of the Abiquiu Volunteer Fire Department, a licensed EMT-B with that department, and I serve as Fire Chaplain for all of the volunteer departments of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico.

I served for 8 years as Senior Pastor of this progressive United Church of Christ congregation in Dallas, Texas.

For more than 30 years I have been a student of Taoist Tai Chi, through the non-profit Taoist Tai Chi Society, and have participated in the society at many levels. I am honored to have studied with Master Moy Lin Shin for several years before his death.
